Survival Swim will be at 9:10

Seal 1  10:00-10:30                     Marlin 6   10:00-10:40

Seal 2   10:30-11:00                    Marlin 7   10:40-11:20

Seal 3    11:00-11:30                 Marlin 8   11:20-12:00

Seal 5     11:30-12:00                                

Safety 1 will be at 12:00-13:00. Please bring a pair of shorts for Simple Rescues

Safety 2 will be at 13:00-14:00. Please also have a pair of shorts for Simple Rescues.

Safety 3 will be at 13:00-14:00

Safety 4 will be at 14:00 for Water work please bring a long sleeve shirt and trousers (leggings) and shoes all for in water & 15.00 for Basic Life Support

Rescue 1,2 &3 will be doing theory (BLS) at 15.00 and also water work at 16:00 Bring long sleeve shirt and trousers and shoes.

Booking 2024 Mountshannon Swim weeks will open Thursday 27th June.

Wetsuits, swim hats and goggles recommended but not required. All participants will receive a Water Safety swim hat.

It is important to stay in allocated groups - instructors may move candidates according to ability after swim assessments.

 

 

Seal & Marlin certificates will be presented in Fridays class. Your child may be moved classes midweek to best suit their Friday ability.

Safety & Rescue certificates are issued to our local cert secretary later in the summer. RESCUE CERTS will be posted out by our local Certificate secretary... SAFETY CERTS will be available for collection at classes next year
